AUCTA Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Aytekin Karagöz, Eskişehir, Türkiye ("AUCTA", "we").

Using AUCTA. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content. You own the photos, videos and text you post. You give AUCTA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and adapt (for example, resize) that content only to operate and promote the service as you configure its visibility. You can delete content or your account at any time.
Community rules. Do not post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or misleading; do not list counterfeit or stolen goods; do not spam or impersonate others; do not try to access other people's private content or break the service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Reporting and blocking. You can report pieces and collections and block other collectors in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
No marketplace (yet). AUCTA currently does not process sales or payments. Any deal you make with another collector outside AUCTA is between you and them.
Availability. We provide AUCTA "as is" and may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by users.
Ending. You may stop using AUCTA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
